Ohio Department of Development is offering employers training

for employees reimbursed for providing technology training.

APLGC is excited to provide career-relevant credentials for training.

In 2021-2022 Aja Principled Living has offered training in Agile with Scrum credentialled courses. Scrum classes are designed to provide a problem-solving framework to assist teams develop solutions to complex problems. These training classes are ranked highly designed for skills in the Information Technology job sector with job salaries averaging at $80,000 annually.
As credentialed areas not requiring college degrees, we were able to train youth and adults from low-income areas in this framework, thus increasing their income potential drastically.
Students in our Youth Scrum training class from Warrensville Heights School District and Shaker Heights School District created the following animated video detailing their understanding of Scrum. This project was sponsored by the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation. The students created this video using the Scrum framework.
